It was agreed, — That the review of the criteria be referred back to the Subcommittee on Private Members' Business.

Joe Preston moved, — That the Standing Committee on Procedure and House Affairs be directed to examine methods of sanction against Members that transmit confidential documents from House committees to parties for which such documents are not intended, and to examine the capacity of the Speaker to impose such sanctions that the Committee deems appropriate against offending Members.
After debate, the question was put on the motion and it was agreed to.
