The Standing Committee on Human Resources Development and the Status of Persons with Disabilities met at 3:49 o’clock p.m., this day, in room 200, West Block, the Chair, Reg Alcock, presiding.
Members of the Committee present: Diane Ablonczy, Reg Alcock, Claudette Bradshaw, Bonnie Brown, Paul Crête, Libby Davies, Nick Discepola, Jean Dubé and Byron Wilfert.
Acting Members present: Gerard Asselin for Paul Crête from 4:10 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Yvon Godin for Libby Davies from 4:47 p.m. to 6:05 p.m.; Antoine Dubé for Paul Crête from 5:30 p.m.
Other Member present: Yvon Godin.

John Richards made a statement and with the other witnesses answered questions.
At 6:05 o’clock p.m,. the sitting was suspended.
At 6:36 o’clock p.m., the sitting resumed.
