SIXIÈME RAPPORT

            In accordance with Standing Order 108 (4)b), the Committee adopted the following resolution :

                Conformément à l’article 108(4)b) du Règlement, le Comité a adopté la résolution suivante :

            Be it resolved that the Standing Joint Committee on Official Languages calls upon the federal government to make a reasonable financial contribution to assist the province of New Brunswick in the court-ordered translation of its municipal bylaws.

                Il est résolu que le Comité mixte permanent des langues officielles demande au gouvernement fédéral d'aider le Nouveau-Brunswick en lui offrant une contribution financière raisonnable pour assurer la traduction, imposée par le tribunal, des règlements municipaux de cette province.

            A copy of the relevant Minutes of Proceedings (Meeting No. 26) is tabled.

                Un exemplaire des Procès-verbaux pertinents (réunion no. 26) est déposé.
