The Standing Committee on Public Accounts met in camera at 3:39 p.m. this day, in Room 209, West Block, the Vice-Chair, John Richardson, presiding.

Members of the Committee present: Hec Clouthier, Mac Harb, Marlene Jennings, Philip Mayfield, John Richardson and Benoît Sauvageau.

Acting Members present: Brenda Chamberlain for Beth Phinney; Jean Augustine for Judy Sgro; and Ian Murray for John Finlay.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(e), the Committee proceeded to the consideration of a Draft Report respecting Chapter 18 (Public Works and Government Services Canada - Alternative Forms of Delivery: Contracting for Property Management Services) and Chapter 27 (National Defence - Alternative Service Delivery) of the September and November 1999 Reports of the Auditor General of Canada
