Pursuant to the Order of Reference of the House dated February 26, 2003, the Main Estimates for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2004, Votes 1, 5, L10, L15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95, 100, 105, 110, 115, 120, 125, 130 and 135, under INDUSTRY.

Allan Rock made an opening statement and answered questions.
