MINUTES OF PROCEEDINGS

The Subcommittee on Private Members' Business of the Standing Committee on Procedure and House Affairs met in camera at 4:17 p.m. this day, in Room 112-N, Centre Block, the Chair, Joe Preston, presiding.

Members of the Subcommittee present: Chris Charlton, Derek Lee, Pauline Picard, Joe Preston and Scott Reid.

In attendance: Library of Parliament: Élise Hurtubise-Loranger, Analyst.

Pursuant to Standing Order 91.1(1), the Subcommittee considered the items placed in the order of precedence to determine whether they were non-votable according to the criteria adopted by the Standing Committee on Procedure and House Affairs.

It was agreed, -- That the Subcommittee present a report listing those items which it has determined should not be designated non-votable and recommending that they be considred by the House.

At 5:18 p.m., the Subcommittee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
