The Standing Committee on Procedure and House Affairs has the honour to present its

Second Report

  1. Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)a)(viii), your Committee has studied matters related to the Conflict of Interest Code for Members of the House of Commons.
  2. Your Committee reviewed new disclosure forms under the Code.
  3. Your Committee has approved the following draft forms, which reflect changes that were made necessary by the coming into force of the Code on October 4, 2004.

  4. Pursuant to section 30(2) of the Code included in the Standing Orders of the House of Commons, the Committee recommends that the House adopt these new forms.

A copy of the relevant Minutes of Proceedings (Meeting No. 1) is tabled.
